Our Management-Team
Eugeniusz Panow – Managing Director
I studied law at the University of Warsaw and then gained several years of experience in the finance and real estate sector in Poland. In 2010 I moved to Berlin, where I then realized several real estate projects as a project manager for a Luxembourg company.
In 2015 I switched to an Israeli family business as Head of Business Development with a focus on real estate. There I got to know my current business partner Oleg Chapiro, with whom I founded ALTERA Solutions in 2020.
Oleg Chapiro – Chief Operations Officer
After studying International Business Management at the HWR-Berlin, I worked for a family office in the real estate industry in Berlin for a few years. From 2014 to 2018 I worked as a project manager for a Russian investor. During this time I worked on various projects in parallel and was able to greatly expand my know-how in the field of construction.
With this newly acquired know-how, I founded my own construction company, which I successfully sold in 2019. I then switched to an Israeli family company, where I met my current business partner, Eugeniusz Panow.
Carl D. White
I have over 20 years of experience in international real estate transactions. As a legal associate for the Hale and Dorr law firm on the Commercial Enterprise team, I was involved in urban renewal and large-scale infrastructure projects. Industry colleagues appreciate my international experience in project finance and my extensive network with family offices, private equity groups and the foreign and capital markets. In addition, I understand the different aspects of a business and bring the relevant parties together to achieve a perfectly balanced collaboration.
In addition to my background in commercial real estate, I have worked with leading figures from the banking sector, government institutions and the tourism industry to develop digital solutions and even led a Berlin startup as CEO to a series A financing.
Before moving to Berlin, I successfully carried out business development and financing for projects in the USA, Great Britain, Costa Rica, New Zealand, Italy, France, Spain and Latvia. I am now concentrating on mixed-use development projects that enhance the visitor experience and add value to investor portfolios.
